LVN (1 Temp Crescent City)
The LVN works closely with the clinical staff, front desk staff and related departments.High school diploma or GED. Completion of an LVN training program leading to licensing as Licensed Vocational Nurse, venipuncture certificate, IV therapy certificate and injection certificate. Must have strong teamwork and computer skills.

Medical Assistant (1 F/T Willow Creek)
Assists in examination and treatment of patients under direction of Physician or medical provider. Must have injection certification, CPR certification and 6 or more months experience. Compensation range is $10.14-$17.84 an hour

Medical Records Clerk (1 F/T Willow Creek)
Prepares medical records information and maintains appropriate patient records. High school diploma or GED, strong computer skills and some experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Provides chair-side support, prepares patients for procedures by dentist. Takes, develops and mounts X-rays. Accurately files patient dental information into charts. Dental Assisting Degree or 2 or more years of dental assisting exp and current California RDA registration is required.
