Case management services for teens and their families. Offers early pre/post-natal care, nutrition counseling, parenting education, family planning, individual and family counseling, peer support, child care, breast feeding and childbirth education by Public Health Nurse. Pregnant and/or parenting teens must enroll prior to age 19. Mates must enroll prior to 20 years, 10 months.
